Dreamforce 2023: Illuminating the AI Frontier

Dreamforce 2023 was the largest AI event in the world, organized by Salesforce. It brought technology and innovation together under one roof. The event, themed ‘Now Everyone is an Einstein: Data + AI CRM + Trust,’ showcased how AI and cloud data can be combined.

The event featured several key announcements, including Salesforce’s Einstein 1 platform, which is a groundbreaking AI platform, Copilot Studio, a suite of transformative software, and free licenses for data. There were also significant advancements in the integration between Marketing and Commerce Clouds, data-driven automaton, slack innovation, data visualizations, global economic forecasts, ethical AI, sustainability initiatives, and solutions for life sciences. The announcements all highlighted the convergence of technology and ethics with sustainability initiatives, industry-specific solutions, and ethical AI commitments.

Infosys at Dreamforce 2020

Infosys made an impressive impact as a Groundbreaker Sponsor at Dreamforce by showcasing a variety of Salesforce innovations and ecosystem developments. The use cases included cutting-edge technologies, diverse offerings, and powerful client testimonials. Our booth was a reflection of our theme: ‘Scale New Summits,’ which championed an AI-first, innovation mindset.

The impressive line-up included more than 50 assets for 15+ solutions, over 10 customer stories, and four analyst reports covering nine units. All of these were seamlessly integrated into one unified user interface. This showcase showed our unwavering commitment and expertise in pioneering technology.

This show of Infosys Solidarity gathered participation and solutions from various practices and business units, including subsidiaries.

The Salesforce Partner Innovation Award is a First for Infosys

Infosys received the 2023 Partner Innovation Award for the Industry – Communication (Consulting). Salesforce presented the award during an exclusive event held on September 11, 2018.

This award acknowledges our innovative use of Salesforce Customer 360 and our unwavering commitment to accelerate success for joint clients. Infosys was recognized for its exceptional submission in this category.

GenAI and Infosys Topaz: Boost your transformation with GenAI

Anjali Yadav AVP, Unit Head Client Solution, Infosys, led a session that was insightful on September 13. Shediscussesd the shift to an AI-first mentality, and how Infosys Salesforce GenAI offerings and solutionscan createe a differentiating value proposition. She started by describing why she believes an AI-first mentality is the future for digital transformation. The demo screen recordingsinclude manyy use cases of Infosys Salesforce GenAI offerings and solutions. Anjali ended with some forward-looking ideas on ‘Creating no regrets as you embark on the GenAI journey’

Leadership Keynote: Insights of executives drivinginnovationo.n

On September 14, a keynote address and a panel discussion with Q&A were held. Exclusively for leaders who are responsible for spearheading innovation and their teams, the debate revolved around challenges and innovative solutions relatedto  data management, AI, and more.

Theatre: Infosys-Fluido Wealth36to 0: Empowering financial choices

Tobias Mangerich from Fluido and Christopher Schyma, Enterprise Salesforce CoE Lead, both presented the Wealth360 solution by Infosys-Fluido on September 14. On September 14, they highlighted the fact that this solution empowers financial advisors to be successful by improving their financial literac, and allows them to offer tailored advice to clients.

Exclusie Cocktail Reception

The cocktail reception was an incredible success. We only invited a few people. Over 125 senior executives from clients, partner,s and analysts attended. The event provided an excellentopportunityy for us to build connections and have thought-provoking conversations centered on new frontiers of human experience.

Over 100 client and prospect engagements and meetings were held.

Analyst Interactions

Meetings with clients and subject matter experts SMEss) were held at our booth by leading analysts. ThemeetingSMEs includedd discussions on different topics with industry experts.

We held several productive meetings with senior executives of Salesforce and MuleSoft. The discussions covered a wide range of strategic issues.

Social Media Coverage

Two months before Dreamforce, we launched a social-media campaign to promote our presence there. We used hashtags like #InfosysCobalt and #DF23. Our campaign reached millions of people on LinkedIn and X, formerly Twitter.

Infosys’ entire Salesforce ecosystem played an important role in creating buzz on social media. Our strategic promotional efforts were crucial in increasing our visibility, engagement,t and competitive positioning. This resulted in this important  ,achievement.
